I recently got into Kirigami (as in about 2 days ago) but I’ve always been a fan of pop-up art. I found a book at the library the other day that taught me the basics (with some complicated designs thrown in there) of pop up cards and I’ve been in love with the craft since. So I did a little bit of investigating for you on what I think is one of the best sites to give you some fun patterns leaving you to wonder, “did I just do that?” Yes you did. And all you need is some cardstock to print the design on, a stencil Xacto Knife (about $3 at a craft store), and some patience.
Check out this site for some beautiful patterns. Just beware of the pop ups! There are a lot, but it’s worth it in the end.
